A: We are proud to be located in London, UK. With access to thousands of talented people on our doorstep, we love the vibrance of our beautiful city.

Q: How can you offer free worldwide shipping?

A: To stay competitive and give you the best prices we have made deals with suppliers across the globe. The majority of our stock is shipped directly from the suppliers to your door meaning you don’t have to pay for us to store our stock. 

Q: Will all my items arrive together?

A: As a result of us shipping direct from the suppliers sometimes your items won’t arrive together. Don’t worry though you still get free shipping if your items don’t come together.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal

Q: What currency is your store in

A: Our Bamrino stores are all in USD. Your bank will convert to your local currency after payment has been made.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: I ordered two items, why have I only received one?
